Tania Covo
Tania Covo has been experimenting with Basse-taille enamelling, creating the textures by first etching the silver, then using the enamels like water colours to enhance the patterns beneath. The textures may be abstract patterns inspired by ethnic textiles, nature, or more figurative designs inspired by medieval manuscripts and folklore.
Tania has been a jeweller for a number of years, with a background in graphic design and illustration. Her enamel work seeks to bring together her love for colours, patterns and shapes.
